Returns & Exchanges

At Glasgow City FC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original condition with all tags attached, and include your completed returns form inside the package to help us identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship to the Club Store

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to the Glasgow City FC returns department; please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
